It was a hard decision to make, choosing to go to a very small aviation based charter school over a very large high school, with lots of friends and many different activities however, the opportunities that have been provided to me at Flabob Airport Preparatory Academy, just this year alone can not be matched by any large school. And where else can you go to school surrounded by historic aircraft and the people that built them. |

My First Year of High School Comes To An End
On June 10th we celebrated the last day of school. I will be coming back to Flabob Airport Preparatory Academy, next year, for 10th grade but sadly some of my old friends won’t be there because they graduated this year.
To watch my friend graduate was really cool though. First there were a few speeches, then they started passing out some awards. After the awards they called up all the seniors who were then given a white scarf. The white scarf has a special meaning by I have forgotten what it was. After receiving their scarves, they showed some pictures of each of the seniors from when they were baby until now. After graduation they showed a new video, which was an advertisement for the school.
This year was the best school year ever. I get to attend a very unique school and I’m planning to stay for the next three years. Oh, and I graduated with a 3.7 grade point average.
