How I Spent My 16th Birthday
The day before my birthday, my parents told me that they wanted me to celebrate my birthday a day early because they had something planed for the following day. So, on the 28th, along with a bunch of gifts, my parents gave me a birthday card to open. I opened it up and there were four pieces of paper in it and after reading them I realized that they were four tickets to an Aerosmith concert. My mom started telling that when we were in the car, a few days ago, that she was happy when I mentioned that I would like to see Aerosmith live someday, she said that made her day, as she already had the tickets for a few months.
On the 29th me, my mom, my dad and my sister all went to the Aerosmith concert. This was my second concert and by far the best. Even through we had seats that were far back, just the energy of the crowed and the band was amazing and there were some people that were a little too in to it, like the guy that was a few seats ahead of use doing air drums and air guitar, but that’s what makes it fun and I think it will be the best concert I’ll ever go to.
Oh and my mom and dad gave me a ton of really cool military memorabilia gifts for my collection too!
